Working process: manual bottle delivery - detection and automatic block bottle - filling nozzle down- quantitative partial filling the machine - automatic sorting and cap lifting - automatic cap screwing- online aluminum foil sealing-labeling (optional of cold glue labeling, self adhesive labeling and hot melt glue labeling) -ink-jet printing(printing ink or laser)-automatic track lane-automatic carton forming-auto unpacking-auto packaging-auto folding& sealing- into palletizer station(can choose palletizer or wrapping machine)
